Cesar has been in communications for decades starting as a television news producer with HBO Latin America Group, specifically with WBTV - The Warner Channel in his native Venezuela. As a writer, producer and director, Cesar produced original content for the channel including promotion and sales. He was the youngest producers of telenovelas for Venivision, the country's leading television network. 

 

In the US, he spent a decade with the electronics PR firm, Dobbin Bolgla Associates working on public relations campaigns for top major brands including Monster, Toshiba, Denon, Amazon, and the Academy of Motion Pictures (OSCARS) in NYC. Cesar brings a strong sense of news hooks to JVPR NY clients. He is currently working on a degree in Media Design and Communications at Hunter College . He holds a Associates Degree in Communications from Manhattan Community College.
